At Sylverton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Sylverton tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
